ParticipantHi Steffen...did you ever get a solution for your question? I have the same issue. Thanks!

ParticipantThank you very much Brad, Can you provide a bit more detail on how to do this? Pretend that you're talking to your kid. 😉 Can you put it in step form? I haven't messed with php code before and I don't want to take my site down.
thank you so much!

ParticipantThank you for your response. Is there a way to create or reclassify, the existing default home page (in digital pro) as a separate page, that way I can use it as a landing page and the static page as the home page. i don't think that I want to create a full membership site. But if I did, how can I use the existing default page as the sign-up page and then enable a returning user to bypass it so they don't have to click through it? Thanks!

ParticipantI replaced the images but they are smaller and therefore cause the alignment on the digital pro page 3 widget to be out of horizontal alignment. How do I increase the size of the icons to match the original with the template?
thanks,

Participantyes...it looks good when you have 2 items on the menu....but when you have 8 it doesn't look so good. So the only answer is to make a bunch of custom menus for the footer only. There's no option to show layout the menu horizontally.

ParticipantYes...it stacks the menus vertically which looks very weird.

Participantme too...how do I get rid of the damn default post widget?
I've posted this all over this forum with NO RESPONSEJanuary 29, 2015 at 3:30 pm in reply to: How to Omit Categories Beneath Posts ("News" theme) #138990jimwjensen
ParticipantI was able to remove parts of it in Design Palette Pro... 😉 so I'm good.

ParticipantI was able to get rid of the text using simple edits, but how do I get rid of the lines above/below the text?
thanksJanuary 29, 2015 at 3:15 pm in reply to: How to Omit Categories Beneath Posts ("News" theme) #138987jimwjensen
ParticipantThis did not work for me! I just added remove_action( 'genesis_after_post_content', 'genesis_post_meta' );
to the functions.php and the "filed under - ..." remains. Ideas?
thanks,
Jimjimwjensen
ParticipantI think I just solved the problem. There was no widget to show featured post.... 😉
