Mary, Thanks for the response. It is very odd. I was trying the deactivating of plugin route when I noticed the plugin was in need of an update. Sure enough, after updating the issue was completely resolved!

I had this in my CSS and it was causing the horizontal scroll:

.theme-LoveKitchen input[type="submit"] {
          width: 80%;
}

I checked the widgets. Could it possibly be in the CSS?

Primary Nav on left, Site Title or Logo in the middle and Secondary Nav on right in Genesis

Awesome, that seems to have fixed it.

Would that have affect on my featured post widgets in the sidebar? It seems that the featured images in the sidebar are now stretched instead of being 450x450.

Thanks, Brad. I added the Media Queries, but am still having problems with the mobile view. The header is far below the top nav menu and jumbled with all the right sidebar widgets. I've tried a few edits but to no avail.
