.featured-content .entry p, .home-bottom .featured-content { font-size: 12px; }
Using Chrome inspect it worked.

James ChaiMemberI'm quoting directly from StudioPress:
- Images of exactly 520?—200 pixels will give the best results. Other sizes will be cropped in the upload process to create an image of the correct size.
- The header image is double the display size so it will appear crisp on a retina screen. Though the upload size is 520?—200 pixels, the image will be displayed at 260?—100 pixels.
- The site header is flexible in height, so it will automatically adjust to the correct size no matter what device viewers are using.
And it looks like you solved it 🙂

James ChaiMemberYes it is ... you can find example 'code' in the child theme tutorial provided by StudioPress.

James ChaiMember1) Yes you can move areas around on the homepage.
2) Try switching the 'code' that governs those areas in your home.php

James ChaiMemberYou have a custom theme, this is something your developer should have addressed.
IMO: Go back to the developer and have them fix it.

James ChaiMemberSpeaking only for myself, 3rd party themes (also those offered on Studiopress), are fairly well developed and supported.
It comes down to form and function and which child theme has the closest design to what you are after and needs the least amount of customization.
As for features and functions that will ultimately be decided by who you are marketing to and what your end goals are.
The goal of any Small Business Website after all is speed to market and scale.
Food for thought: You will constantly be making changes (hopefully based on analytics) and so what works today may not work tomorrow.

James ChaiMemberThe 'Features' section you are referring to uses, and I quote, "A full-width widget area with seven (7) Text widgets configured to display text and icons to describe a list of features."

James ChaiMemberTry downloading the files and running them through a few anti-virus programs like Panda and/or Avast - Both are Free and Highly Rated.

James ChaiMemberAfter you install and activate Jetpack - add a widget anywhere your theme permits and you will see a 'Visibility' option and select your desired options.
You will only see the 'Visibility' option AFTER you add a widget to the desired widget ready location.

May 10, 2017 at 10:16 pm in reply to: Is it possible to display ADS on first three posts on archive page? #206274James ChaiMemberWhy not just insert your 'AD' code into 'Archive Intro'?
That way it will always show first and you can show as many as you like via column classes.

James ChaiMemberAlways clear cache(s) when attempting to preview design changes. As a rule of thumb use multiple browsers. Make changes in one and preview in the other.

James ChaiMemberCheckout Updraft - FREE plugin that I use quite often. Loads of features, reliable and highly rated.

James ChaiMemberDid you clear your caches - site and server? Also try viewing it another browser.
Marketing, Sales and WordPress Growth Hacking http://www.smbpress.com
James ChaiMemberAlternately you can use 'Jetpacks' widget visibility option. Once installed and activated you can select which pages/post to show/hide widgets.
FYI - Jetpack is free and can be added from your backend and/or downloading it here.

James ChaiMemberTo get an idea of what to include, refer to the official WordPress docs (although this is for submission to WordPress you should get a clear understanding of what is involved)
https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/review/required/
and more specific to selling child themes

James ChaiMemberAdding a gallery is inherent in WordPress core. Meaning it has nothing to do with the child theme-Altitude Pro. You can add a gallery to any theme and/or child theme.
If you want to add gallery navigate to any post/page that you are creating and select 'Add Media' and you get an option to 'Create Gallery'. Select options that are suitable to your needs and voila.

April 27, 2017 at 7:08 pm in reply to: How to customise the default color and font of texts in News Pro Theme #205433James ChaiMemberBe sure to clear your server and browser cache (2 different caches).
Tip: Download and use (2) browsers for design/development.
i.e. Chrome as your main browser and Firefox as the secondary (or vice versa). Either way always clear your cache(s) to see the most recent changes/updates made.

James ChaiMemberAs long as you select a current HTML5 ready child theme, the design/layout can be tailored to suit your needs. Comes down to which template most closely resembles and provides the foundation to further design/develop from.
