JamesParticipant
Hi Krista, nice clean site.
you just need to add this to your stylesheet
.share-entry-meta { text-align: center; }
JamesParticipantahh !
I'm not seeing any posts on your site though, so i can't see what the issue is for you.
JamesParticipantyep, that's it
and you can change the class in front-page.php for those 7 sections from 'content-section' to 'image-section' if you want each one of those 7 sections to act the same
JamesParticipantHi Krissy
I tool a look at your site but I don't see an posts
in the simple social icons settings, you can select align > center
JamesParticipanthi
you can easily do this by modifying the style.css, are you ok at updating css?
i can give you the tweaks.
JamesParticipantI see what you mean
but a filter needs to have something to filter.
you could use tags or meta value, and filter that way.
JamesParticipanthi there
that site isn't a WordPress site, so you won't find any wp plugins there.
doing a google search, you should be able to find some WordPress plugins that would be suitable,
search:
video player wordpress plugin
music player wordpress plugin
JamesParticipanthi there
are you able to provide a link to the site with the issue?
JamesParticipantHi there
do you want to hard code your logo or do you want to be able to upload it like you would do with a premium theme?
JamesParticipantHi
this requires some modifications to theme themes files and customizer
please let me know what level of experience you have with modifying theme files so i can share the info on how to do this for you.
JamesParticipantyou could use a conditional to remove them on the home and archive page
are you able to add some code to your function file is i paste it here?
JamesParticipantthis is probably happened because woocommerce overrides template it's own template files when updating
in your old version the search button has been removed, but in the update is is in place
so you don't want to see the red search button?
you could just set it to display none for a quick fix
.enterprise-pro-home #searchsubmit { display: none; }
JamesParticipantDo you have a link to the site?
JamesParticipantHi Alex
could you create a custom loop in the search-helper.php to pull is posts?
JamesParticipantHi Porter
I think you should structure your site just like you have been doing,
regarding showing it on a page, so for example if a user goes to dining, you want them to see the dining sub-categories listed? that way they can select what they want, rather than view the whole dining section with everything?
JamesParticipantHow long after you added the code did you check your webmaster tools? sometimes it can take a month before webmaster updates.
can you see the code above when you view you page source code, this way you can see if anything is getting stripped out when you hit publish.

JamesParticipantMy goodness !
that was the only thing i didn't think of
I always keep mine off when developing sites.
JamesParticipantyeh i see your just not getting it the same in both browsers
that is odd, because on chrome here it works exactly the same as firefox, right to the pixel
you might need to go back to default styles and then go from there, remove the widgets in the header as well, remove the logo, then add back in/testing one by one till the issue pops back up.
another option would be to move the menu inside the header, then you would not need to position either one
and then wrap both the header and nav in a container div and position the whole thing
JamesParticipantin the css above there is no 'top: 70px' for the '.nav-primary'
i found this reproduced the issue exactly
but adding a 'top' in solved the problem in firefox and chrome...but the about needs to be the actually height of your header, ie: your header is higher than 70px
so it could be 'top: 90px' adjust the amount until is sits perfectly under the header
