MemberThanks. Such an easy fix that I just didn't see.

MemberI should comment that it was showing until I uploaded the default front-page file. At this point, I lost the image (yes, stupid me made changes to the file and didn't save a back-up). So I know the problem resides there, I just don't remember what it is.

MemberIf I do that, then the primary navigation bar disappears on all the other pages
March 10, 2014 at 12:07 pm in reply to: How do I remove Subscribe area from all but homepage in Minimum #94189jackirenee
MemberNeither of those seemed to help with the removal on all but the home page.
Also, how do I change the text (where it automatically pulls in information like the tagline or the word blog)?
jackirenee
MemberStrange. Thanks. That worked.

MemberThanks. Found it and made the change, but it doesn't look like it fixed the problem. My 4th post should have a left align smaller image.

MemberI'm having this same issue with Lifestyle Pro on my home page (http://www.dare2dream-dare2do.com), but I don't have the code that you mention to change in my style.css.

MemberIs there a way for Brian Gardner’s welcome widget to only display on the home page?

MemberI've removed the code from the page-title.php but still have a big blue bar across the top of the page. How do I get rid of that?

Sorry wrong thread

MemberI still am having issues with this and wondered if anyone had answers.
Thanks.jackirenee
MemberExcept, even before I started making the css changes, the fair trade site looked horrid on mobile devices. I have gone back in and removed a vast majority of the changes (only leaving a few color changes) and it still looks bad.

MemberUnfortunately, that did not solve the problem and created bigger ones. When I added the code you suggested, the space was still there, the menu formatting went away, and the subscribe bar came back.
What I would like is the space between the menu bar and the headline (or on the home page, the slider) to be reduced. I don't want the gap between them.
jackirenee
MemberNever mind, have it figured out.
Thanks.

MemberThank you, have it figured out now.

MemberIt is not showing up in the menu editor-
Not sure how to include a screenshot, so here is a link to a screenshot - http://www.beautyinstrengthfitness.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Menus-%E2%80%B9-Beauty-in-Strength-Fitness-LLC.-%E2%80%94-WordPress.png

MemberThanks, I didn't realize that needed to be done with a front page that wasn't static. That did the trick.
