It depends on how complex you want your eCommerce system to be.
The Rainmaker Platform will be MUCH easier to get set up, to learn, and to use. But all that comes at the expense of limited customization. It should be sufficient for most people though, unless you need to get really complex.
Woocommerce allows for much more detailed customization, but it comes with a lot higher learning curve and difficulty. My opinion is that the official Woocommerce membership add-on is somewhat lacking as a full-blown membership plugin as well, but it's still pretty powerful.
Being that you say the MAIN function will be a membership site though, you might want to look at something other than Woocommerce. One thing that is easy with Woocommerce is providing download links to paying members. But achieving the same thing with Rainmaker and other membership plugins is still pretty darn easy.
If you don't need the added flexibility of Woocommerce, then I would go with Rainmaker. But, if you're a serial tinkerer like me, then Woocommerce will be the more flexible solution (but can be a real pain in the butt sometimes).

I was hoping we could get an opinion from Carrie Dils (hopefully she has Google alerts set up lol), or somebody else who is familiar with the AgentPress Listings plugin to chime in with a little guidance.

Also, remember that what you ask Google to show using SEO tools is just a suggestion. They don't have to follow it.
You just need to upload your favicon.ico file into the same root folder. Your best bet would be to contact support through your host and they can walk you through it.
Just do yourself a favor and ditch that slider. It looks completely different in different browsers on your sample. Plus, the pictures loaded extremely slow, and the slider would change slides before the next photo was loaded.
Check out Soliloquy slider for a great alternative that I recommend.
It looks like you have multiple instances of the meta description and keywords on your site. Are you using multiple SEo plugins, or maybe an SEO plugin that's not compatible with Genesis? That's most likely your problem if so.
Google simply doesn't know what to display, since your website is feeding it conflicting information. So instead they're just displaying whatever they pull from the page.
Maybe I was off base with the thought of using Taxonomies for bedrooms and bathrooms. Here's what Ron Rennick said on the wordpress support forums for the plugin:
Taxonomies and terms are strings and aren't suitable for range queries.

Try going into your hosting account and deleting the "favicon.ico" file from your root folder. Or you can replace it with your own.
What's probably happening is that since the .ico file is in your root folder for your host, chrome is probably favoring that over using the .png you insert with <link> in your site.
This is what's being output in your header, so the code looks fine:

But it says this on Google when I type in "asmithblog":

So I can see your dilemma. I think it's just a mistake from google though, and probably not related to the site, or to genesis. Here's why...
When I type it in with the site operator, all the correct info comes up for your home page including the title and meta description. Try it by clicking here.
I notice it says that you haven't claimed your site using google webmaster tools. I would try doing that, as well as submit your sitemap to them. That might fix the issue.
