Hi Anita,
I'm using Genesis 3.2.1. When I go to Customize Footer, this is the code in the box:"
[footer_copyright before="Copyright "] · [footer_childtheme_link before="" after=" On"] [footer_genesis_link url="http://www.studiopress.com/" before=""] · [footer_wordpress_link] · [footer_loginout]I don't know how to change the date with this.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,

I have one more question.
I changed the light blue color in the lifestyle-pro-blue CSS to the darker blue from my header image for the footer. I made the top menu links a medium blue. But I could not find any way to change the widget links to the medium blue. Could you tell me how to do that?I think that is the last of my CSS changes that I want to make.
Thank you for your help!

______________________________________
.lifestyle-pro-red .nav-secondary {
background-color: #f2685c;
}lifestyle-pro-blue .site-header {
background-color: transparent;
}/*
Media Queries
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- */
_____________________________________________Any more instructions?
Thanks!
DianeimdianeParticipantOh my goodness! It was all distorted because my browser needed to be refreshed. Now I think I just need a larger image to make it work.
If you see anything else that would improve it, please let me know.
Thanks!
DianeimdianeParticipantThanks, I forgot to put the Featured Post widget in.
OOps!

You have been a real help to me!
DianeimdianeParticipantThank you, Braddalton and Victor.
I finally heard from Arvixe and they said the php.ini file was corrupted. They disabled it and I was able to get into my admin page. First thing I created a new admin user and deleted the weird one.Is there any other clean up I should do so that I can continue to use the admin page?
Also, from your stand point, what could I do to prevent this kind of thing happening again?
I really appreciate your help!
DianeSeptember 1, 2015 at 8:20 pm in reply to: How to make page template for 3 different language sections of site #164289imdianeParticipantNo, I have not gotten this resolved. I believe the problem is that the "next" link goes to the next link in order of publishing. I would want it to go to the next post in the correct order for that category.
It would be nice to have it show 'next' and 'previous' posts automatically within a category. But I don't know how to do this automatically.
When I have time, I figured I would just write links to previous and next posts at the end of each post.
Thanks for writing back, Susan.
DianeimdianeParticipantThank you to both of you! Such a simple solution! All is well now!
imdianeParticipantThere was legacy code that was over-riding the blockquote text color.
Diane
imdianeParticipantThanks, Gandt. I appreciate the explanation. I ended up putting the image in a featured post. It works well there and leaves the header uncluttered. I have not understood how the scaling works and your explanation is a help.
Diane
imdianeParticipantAh, thanks, very much!
You have been most helpful!
DianeimdianeParticipantHi Susan,
Actually, this is different. The first one was to remove the "By" in the posts. The Genesis Simple Edits worked great for this. However, when I looked at my home page, the Featured Post in the Home Top widget still had the "By". I couldn't find where to remove this.
Thanks,
DianeimdianeParticipantOk, now I see my problem. I did't get a screen that looks anything like what you show. It was only with your message that I discovered I should look for the plug in under Genesis, not under Installed Plugins. I was getting the raw code and totally lost in how to adjust it.
Thanks! It works beautifully!
Diane
imdianeParticipantI'm sorry, but I need a little more hand-holding on this.
I cannot figure out how to use the Simple Edits plugin. I tried to paste the code for customizing the entry-header without the word, "By", but that deactivated the plugin. I did not include the opening php tag. Where should I put the code?
I've done a little php coding, but this is not something I have done before.
Thanks for any help you can give.
DianeimdianeParticipantI tried it up in the Entries section and it worked.
I'd still like to get rid of the word "By" . Where do I go to get rid of that?
Thanks,
DianeimdianeParticipantI put that code in the CSS, but it didn't seem to do anything. Is there a certain place I must put it?
Thanks,
DianeimdianeParticipantThanks, SaavyJackie! This worked perfectly!
I've had a bunch of interruptions that kept me from trying this sooner. It looks lovely. Thank you.
Diane
imdianeParticipantThank you, this worked well.
