Ugh...thanks Anita. I was afraid of that...didn't know I could check it like that.

I'm not sure why it's setting the width like that. I've installed a plugin that seems to work better than the youtube block.

Thanks for pointing that out. Got me where I needed to go...

Hi Anita, thanks for the reply!

Yes, like paypal but it's for something different.

After numerous searches on Google I finally used "html" in my search for "html button with drop down menu" and found exactly what I was looking for.

I'm not sure it's even smart to use a drop downs anymore (because of mobile).

Victor, the few times I've asked questions you always provide the right answer.

Thank you! (Although I wish I asked two hours ago...)

Thanks Doug. I'm not in that league. Design/css customization I can handle. Outside of that, there's great risk to all involved 🙂

Easy smooth scroll links (plugin) worked great, but it hasn't been updated in over 2 years. The developer is still active, so maybe I should check with him.

Yes, what you have there on Youtube is what I'm trying to do, for the most part.

I'm using Epik for this one.

    Here's where I'm at: http://329.edb.myftpupload.com

This is the plugin being used: https://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-full-width-background-slider -- but it's a bit outdated and the developer is long gone, from what I can tell.

Also looking for better options overall, especially those arrows (like what you have in YouTube).

    Thank you, Brad.

Hey Mike. Here's the site I'm working on, but wondering about finding this solution in general, going forward.

I'm not sure you know who your audience is, which is key to anything (SEO, marketing, content dev...).

"This blog might be useful for newbies to topics like exercising, lifestyle and prevention."

That's a pretty wide audience. Figure out who your talking to first.

P.S. What is a Wellness Owner? I thought, initially, your site was for people who own a Wellness business.

    Good luck!

Thanks. This is the first time this issue has occurred to these sites.

Another site is actually telling me the theme is up to date right after I click "complete the update" but it's not.

Does it sound like the same issue to you?

    Thanks Victor.

Wherever you want/need to add the background opacity, what genwrock gave you works.

You should be making css changes using an html or css editor so you can see the line numbers. (I use dreamweaver). You won't see the line numbers within your wordpress dashboard.

In your case, look for line 1265.

    Hi Chris,

    I hear crickets...

Did you ever figure this out or get any info from other sources?

I'm interested in the answer if you either come across something or if one if the smart developers in this forum know how this can be done.

If I see something out there I'll let you know.

Thanks Davinder, but this will change all of my headlines and spacing.

I only want to do it on certain/specific landing pages, which is where I'm having the difficulty.

Thanks for the help. I changed it a bit so only the number clicks (and is a different color). Should work.
