    Thank you Viktor, I saw an Accessibility option into Genesis menu, maybe it was from a plugin.

    I have the add_theme_support line in functions.php and the CSS come from the original and updated Metro Pro theme.
    There aren't customized row of code.

    I see the Skip Links text when I press TAB, I think it is correct.

    I cleared Nginx and Cloudflare cache, than in the user menu it appears the seo option 🙂

    SOLVED: i removed the theme informations from the style.css and it removed the page template selection
