Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberOk I'm afraid I don't know what much of this means. Maybe if I send screenshots you can see something obvious?
on inspect I get https://www.dropbox.com/s/mp2g7r1j4sxi0ch/Screenshot%202013-11-17%2010.58.22.png
when I click the error I get https://www.dropbox.com/s/1nsspqn698biyap/Screenshot%202013-11-17%2011.00.12.png
Any of this mean anything?
Appreciate it.

Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberThanks, but I just tried to deactivate WPUI and still no pop up, and by this I do mean pop out sorry only on the main dashboard page, so say I click appearance, then all my pop outs work down the left side, but going to the straight wp-admin page and no pop outs I have to click away from the main page then the pop outs work. Any other thoughts? WP Engine claims it works when you deactivate the theme but that makes no sense to me because I use it on so many sites and don't have this issue.

Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberFirst thing I tried is deactivating all plugins it didn't help, see the last line of functions.php someone in the support helped me come up with this code to get the banner back in, maybe it's this? Code is:
<?php
//* Start the engine
include_once( get_template_directory() . '/lib/init.php' );//* Set Localization (do not remove)
load_child_theme_textdomain( 'eleven40', apply_filters( 'child_theme_textdomain', get_stylesheet_directory() . '/languages', 'eleven40' ) );//* Child theme (do not remove)
define( 'CHILD_THEME_NAME', __( 'eleven40 Pro Theme', 'eleven40' ) );
define( 'CHILD_THEME_URL', 'http://my.studiopress.com/themes/eleven40/' );
define( 'CHILD_THEME_VERSION', '2.0' );//* Add HTML5 markup structure
add_theme_support( 'html5' );//* Add viewport meta tag for mobile browsers
add_theme_support( 'genesis-responsive-viewport' );//* Load Puritan Google fonts
add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'custom_load_google_fonts' );
function custom_load_google_fonts() {
wp_enqueue_style( 'google-font', '//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Puritan:300,400,700', array(), PARENT_THEME_VERSION );
}//* Add new featured image size
add_image_size( 'grid-featured', 270, 100, TRUE );//* Add support for custom header
add_theme_support( 'custom-header', array(
'width' => 320,
'height' => 65,
'header-selector' => '.site-header .title-area',
'header-text' => false
) );//* Add support for structural wraps
add_theme_support( 'genesis-structural-wraps', array(
'header',
'nav',

) );//* Add support for additional color styles
add_theme_support( 'genesis-style-selector', array(
'eleven40-pro-blue' => __( 'eleven40 Pro Blue', 'eleven40' ),
'eleven40-pro-green' => __( 'eleven40 Pro Green', 'eleven40' ),
'eleven40-pro-red' => __( 'eleven40 Pro Red', 'eleven40' )
) );//* Reposition the site description

Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberwow, I think my client may have deactivated Genesis connect for WC and that's why it wasn't working UGH! sorry!
Jen Smith
Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberDoes anyone know a final fix to get this on single posts? Thanks!
Jen Smith
Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberHey Brian,
I'm still hoping for the final fix to include it in the single post once I have it all I can do a full copy, but no I haven't gotten an answer yet.
Jen Smith
Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberHey Kellie or anyone else.
We just realized that the banner still doesn't show on single posts, like http://healingrescuedogs.com/2013/09/30/world-whippets/ any thoughts on a final tweak to have it show everywhere? Thank you!
Jen Smith
Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberThat did it! Thank you so much!
Jen Smith
Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberThanks for the feedback on the design Kellie!
I tried yours and it does all pages but home see http://healingrescuedogs.com/
same problem I had, any idea on how to get it to include the home page?
Jen Smith
Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberYou can disregard this I talked the client into putting the search back into the primary. I don't think you should make your readers search for a way to search your site 🙂 Thanks!

Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberMaybe this is right
<script src="https://gist.github.com/ecoofficegals/15422385addbc9bd1e03.js"></script>
Otherwise here is the link https://gist.github.com/ecoofficegals/15422385addbc9bd1e03 again that's if I did it right
Jen Smith
Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberI tried to put it in the comments Github but I guess I don't know what I'm doing it messed up.
It's correct minus a few lines, the H1 class, the include search helper (yes we didn't use this in it) and the actual content wording, added is the
add_action( 'genesis_loop_else', 'my_do_noposts' );
Jen Smith
Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberWe used most of this code http://ahjira.com/create-a-custom-genesis-search-results-page-for-no-posts-found/ in the theme functions file.
This is what we have in there:
//* Custom search results page
remove_action( 'genesis_loop_else', 'genesis_do_noposts' );
add_action( 'genesis_loop_else', 'my_do_noposts' );
function my_do_noposts() {$term = $_GET['s']; // store the search term in a variable
echo '<div class="entry-content">';
echo '<div class="post">';printf( '<p>%s</p>', apply_filters( 'genesis_noposts_text', __( '<p>Sorry, but nothing matched your search criteria for: <strong>' . $term . '</strong>.</p><p>Please try again with some different keywords below.</p>', 'genesis' ) ) );
printf( '<div class="genesis-search">' . get_search_form() . '</div>' );
echo '</div><!-- close entry-content -->';
echo '</div><!-- close post -->';
}

Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberHey Brad,
No I mean if you go to http://www.indiebusinessnetwork.com/blog/ and put a nonsense search in the field we have a search result page set up like http://www.indiebusinessnetwork.com/?s=sfkldjk to allow people to search again, that sidebar on that page is the primary sidebar my client wants the blog page sidebar to show up.
The purpose is so when results do show up, but not the results they are looking for like say http://www.indiebusinessnetwork.com/?s=ibn they don't have the search fiels in the content of the page so she wants the blogsidebar to be there so that the search field is there. She doesn't want the search field on the primary sidebar.

Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberI think you rock! Thank you, Brad!
Jen Smith
Owner, Eco-Office GalsecoofficegalsMemberI have nothing to contribute to this problem specifically, it's more of an observation. Robin you are very quick to tear into Studiopress and it's team on 2 posts, downright nasty I might add. Yet, when the assistance you desire is given, you go quiet. I hope you found a solution in these answers - and if you did, I hope you could humble yourself and thank these people for their time, maybe even apologize for the raging hell you let out on them when looking for answers.
I have a client still running V1 Agentpress and I'm a little nervous about upgrading them to Genesis 1.9, I landed on these posts when searching for any issues. I have to say your anger has rattled my nerves about doing this upgrade. Maybe I need to go have a stiff drink, then give it a go? 🙂
I know V1 AP probably doesn't have much support anymore, but if anyone is aware of any issue upgrading to G 1.9 I would love a heads up. I'll leave this alone until morning incase anyone wants to chime in.
