    Thanks for your reply.

I deleted all the book images so I could upload them again at the same size, but I found that even with no images the 6th book is on the second page:

What looks like the site title and description is actually an image: http://www.johnsallen.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/logo.png

I'm also having this problem for my site: http://minkruzecelebrant.co.nz/ I would like the menu kept at the left for laptop computers with at least a 13" screen.

I am also having a problem with a background image in Safari on a Mac. I have a background image of a book page for the content which on a large screen looks like the top screen shot shown on this page: http://minkruzecelebrant.co.nz/responsive/
When switching to the responsive layout, on Firefox the site looks like the second shot, but on Safari the layout is messed up as shown in the third shot. Is there a way to fix this for Safari?

I viewed this site on a brand new 15" Macbook air on Safari and I expected at this screen size it would show the full sized site, but it showed the messed up responsive layout shown in the third screen shot. The responsive layout looks fine on an iPad using Safari.

If I could get the full sized site showing on a 13" or 15" Macbook I'd be wrapped.

    Any help very much appreciated.
