There is a Scripts section for each page in the page/post editor. Post it there.

IDX LeadsMemberI think I know what you are asking and if so I find it easiest to create a draft post, then copy and paste from the draft post into the text widget. This way it is editable, previewable and saved as a file.

IDX LeadsMemberAdd this to your css stylesheet.
.site-footer {display: none;}

IDX LeadsMemberYou might want to start over by reloading the theme's original stylesheet and come here for assistance with making color changes.

IDX LeadsMemberYou can use display excerpts rather than content setting. Then make the excerpt whatever you want it to be. That way your archive will display the thumbnail and whatever you put in the excerpt box. The photo that you place in the post itself won't be displayed in the excerpt unless you add there, which obviously you don't want to do.

IDX LeadsMemberIt appears Jetpack is adding that. If the Mobile Theme module for that plugin is active, deactivate it and see if the title no longers shows up. Your theme is mobile responsive, so that module does not need to be activated.

October 16, 2015 at 6:18 am in reply to: Prose: How do I remove the dotted line under titles in the widget sidebar #168277IDX LeadsMemberYou are welcomed., but it was not perfect. You will have to put the period in front of widget-area (as seen above) to get rid of the lines between the titles. I accidentally left that period out when I originally posted. If you like it the way it looks clean up your stylesheet entry to look like this.
.sidebar h4 {border: none;}
Perhaps try it both ways and decide.

.sidebar h4, .widget-area ul li {border: none;}

IDX LeadsMemberIf you disable caching plugins/mechanisms while working on your site it will make it a lot easier.

IDX LeadsMemberIf it were me I would go with #fff !important; and move on to other matters instead spending much time trying to sniff it out.

IDX LeadsMemberAlmost anything is possible, but there are limitations on how much can be accomplished through simple dashboard settings. There are resources for learning how to do what you might not be able to accomplish with simple dashboard setting. For instance at the links below you can do some hands on learning about backgrounds, color, transparency/opacity and lots of other stuff.

IDX LeadsMemberYour <head> section on the home page is loading the old theme style sheets beginning on line 57. Why it's doing that and how to fix is beyond my skillset. Hopefully somebody with that expertise will lend it.

IDX LeadsMemberPrior to this, you have been provided 5 answers, 1 of which I did not provide and has now disappeared, and another that I did provide that appears to be beyond the scope of your CSS skill set at this point in time. That's OK. Subsequently I provided a simpler solution so that you can style your page they way you want it styled. Assuming you don't want to pay anyone to teach you CSS, or pay anyone to do the work for you, you will need to continue relying on the generosity of this community's members, or learn using the same tools and techniques most here used to improve their own CSS skills.
Alternatively, I suggest you go back to exploring plugin options, but I don't have suggestion with regard to that.

IDX LeadsMemberJust ignore everything in this thread prior to my post number 167905.
Yes, as stated this is the simplest way to change the color of your h5 titles to the color you want them to be.
For any concerns you may have beyond the scope of simplest approach this is an excellent resource.

IDX LeadsMemberOK, I am going to give this one more shot, and I am going to keep it as simple as possible. This will change all of your h5 titles to #002f87 across your entire site. The rest of the h titles will remain the color they currently are. In your style sheet where you see this
h5 { font-size: 18px; }
make it look like this
h5 { font-size: 18px; color: #002f87; }
You will then need to finish adding h5 titles to the content of the page, and change the one below the entry title from h6 to h5.

IDX LeadsMemberTitles should be wrapped in h tags. Remove the strong tags and replace them with your choice of h1 through h6. Then style heading the way you want it. If you don't want to change the size and color of the headings across your entire site place the content of the page in a unique div class and style the heading in that unique class only.
.unquedivclass h3 { color: #333; font-family: 'Helvetica', sans-serif; font-weight: 500; line-height: 1.2; margin: 0 0 16px; }

IDX LeadsMemberThe featured image is for archive pages and widgets. If you want to include the featured image in the post itself simply add it wherever you want it to appear.
