The popup does not open up when the website opens... I have watched the video several times myself. I have installed it properly, it is activated. I can configure all the settings in the admin panel with no problems. I can also preview it in the admin panel, but it will not open up when the website opens. I have this plugin installed on a few websites, it works on some... http://davidhmercer.com works fine. On http://endtimesresearchgroup.com it doesn't work at all. Endtimes Research Group is running the Genesis Framework with the News pro theme. Some other sites I have installed it on doesn't work either and I am beginning to think it is a conflict with the theme, that's why I was asking here if anyone had ever used it before. As popular as this plugin is, the support is not that good... thanks for your help!!

That's what I did. I had to put an image up there then save it, then I did the remove image and it is working fine. Something happened in the framework upgrade to 2.0, before that it was working fine...

    Thanks for your help!!

When I look at the file in the editor I don't see the code, but when I look at it in Firebug I do see the code. I can't seem to find it in my css file though... any suggestions??
