Hi Siarl,
Have you tried logging into that email account to see if there is a pending/verification email?
ErikaParticipantYou may want to try marking the code with an !important designation, like so:
background: #eee !important;
Hope this helps! The above was just an example.
March 31, 2018 at 12:30 pm in reply to: Cook'd primary menu and secondary not showing up on mobile #218500ErikaParticipantIt does come automatically, but somewhere, the coding is messed up due to third party editing. I've used that theme recently with no issues.
March 31, 2018 at 12:16 pm in reply to: Need help revamping my site with "index" style pages #218499ErikaParticipantHi Antranik,
Wow... 800 posts! It's going to be no easy task to organize all of them. I definitely recommend that you create a blog page showing excerpts of all posts in chronological order, and then group them according to parent and child categories for easy search-ability. Your most popular categories/posts/videos should also be displayed on the front of your page too, making it real easy for visitors to find your best content.
I'd also recommend switching to the eleven40 Pro theme, as it is specifically made for displaying a lot of content at once. Whew... not trying to overwhelm you but I can see many changes that would improve your site. If you're interested in hiring someone to help you with this, we can chat about that too!
ErikaParticipantHmm. Could you post a live link to your site?
ErikaParticipantHi barrys,
Follow this guide and change the alignment: https://isaiahdesign.co/customize-wordpress-blog-and-category-pages/
I hope this helps!
ErikaParticipantOh I see. That's going to be quite a bit of custom work to achieve, which is beyond the scope of the forum, unfortunately.
ErikaParticipantIt does! And I did explain how to do that 🙂 Just follow my instructions.
ErikaParticipantCan you post a link to your site and specify which areas? I looked at the theme demo but your actual site may be different.

March 28, 2018 at 3:28 pm in reply to: Woocommerce > Settings Products tab – no display link #218413ErikaParticipantHi there!
Woocommerce has changed quite a bit since that documentation was written. This article may help:https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/12/11/wc-3-3-image-size-improvements/
March 28, 2018 at 3:21 pm in reply to: [Refined Pro Theme] current version check: 1.0.1 or 2.0.1? #218412ErikaParticipantI would trust the StudioPress update info. It's very likely the most recent updates would not be reflected in the function.php file. You could change the version number yourself, however, if you like without issues.
ErikaParticipantHere's an article showing how to code two columns: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_two_columns.asp The site also has articles for more than two if that's what you need.
March 28, 2018 at 12:11 pm in reply to: Cook'd primary menu and secondary not showing up on mobile #218408ErikaParticipantHi Mousket,
It may be time to hire a developer to resolve this issue if nothing else seems to be working. I could take a closer look and figure out what's happening if you like. My rates and contact info can be found by clicking my signature below.
ErikaParticipantHi Diane,
In line 145 of your style.css theme, make the changes to the code that's in bold below:
body {
color: #494949;
font-family: 'Droid Sans', sans-serif;
font-size: 16px;
font-weight: 300;
line-height: 1.625;
}This will darken your text!
ErikaParticipantPinterest can be annoyingly finicky, but what has helped me is to place their verification code inside the Genesis Header/Footer area section. From your admin dash, click the Genesis tab in the lefthand panel and scroll down to the Header/Footer section and paste the code in the appropriate box. Pinterest should soon verify you afterward.
ErikaParticipantFrom your WordPress dashboard, hover over Settings and click Discussion. You may have the box checked that says to close comments after a certain number of days. Beyond this... I'm not certain! Sounds like you already checked a lot of the right places.
ErikaParticipantGlad you figured out a solution!
ErikaParticipantThere probably is a different setup and changing that might be too intense for the forum. You may want to consider hiring a developer to help, since there are many alterations you'd like to make to that theme.
ErikaParticipantHi Arp,
I would recommend contacting SEOthemes with your specific questions directly. They should be happy to further assist you setting up the theme at no cost. I did take a peek at the documentation, and you're right!
