It's the site in development that I linked in the original post. I'm losing my navigation below 768px width. Ideally, I'd like my logo to center top and the nav to center below for these smaller widths responsively. Here's the site link again.

designbytracyParticipantI think it's a great idea and looks like a neat start to something cool. I don't care for the funky chunks of open spaces. I think the typography needs some work, especially the size and font of the headlines. It definitely does some weird things when I resize my window.
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantPerfect, thanks. I was well on my way last night with Bill's post, but hadn't removed the grid CSS you listed above. Thank you!
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantIt sounds like you're going to need some sidebar-content-sidebar CSS, but I'm not sure I'm following exactly what you're wanting to do.
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantWell, I figured this one out too...I think just posting here puts my brain in gear.
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantI think I just needed a brain restart for this, but I got it figured out.
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantdesignbytracyParticipantThat got me started and I figured out the rest...THANKS!!
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantYes, that is the main image FPO right now until I pitch the client to do a plugin for scrolling images there. Thanks for the heads up!
Background image in the footer worked, too...thanks.

I still have a few details to clean up and the client still has masses of content to add, but I'd be interested in any feedback. I'm still having trouble with my header at the 1024 width and need to add a responsive version there.
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantTry the Genesis Responsive Header plugin. I'm still having a bit of trouble with the 1024 width, but give the plugin a try. It simplifies the multiple size header files without having to touch the code.
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantI've loved BackupBuddy so far, especially for migrating a site from my dev to the final host.
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantOk, I'm going to be attempting my first migration this week. Any tips or warnings?
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantOk, I bought BackupBuddy. So far, so good. Thanks for pushing me over the edge, everyone.
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantdesignbytracyParticipantOk Len, you piqued my interest in BackupBuddy again and I'm re-looking at the pricing. I'm wondering, do you you use any of the other iThemes plugins?
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantdesignbytracyParticipantOh great...so glad it worked for you too!
For anyone else, this was the other thread: http://www.studiopress.community/topic/image-re-sized-in-ie8/
Tracy
designbytracyParticipantI would love to use BackupBuddy, but no luck on the spending money part right now. Any good free options?
