    Hello Victor,

    Thank you so much for the great feedback. I have started displaying Instagram images on the site. However, when I check the site, it still shows one image at a time. I have to scroll down to see the other images. However, The customer wants me to display three images on smartphone simultaneously.
    My site is this which shows just one image on a smart at any given time.

    http://tempexotic.nippondesigns.com/

    However, the below site shows three images at a time. The customer needs that style.
    http://www.fullbridge.jp/category/gallery/

    My limitation is that I have to show only those images which are coming form Instagram. Any further ideas on how to solve that issue pleaせ?
    Thanks and regards

    Hi David,

    Thank you for the detailed explanation. I believe your proposed solution should solve the problem. However, the problem is I do not see any padding area which has 9 pixels in the style.css file. How strange? The only code I can see in the selector area you mentioned is as follows.
    /* Simple Social Icons
    --------------------------------------------- */

    .announcement-widget .simple-social-icons ul li a,
    .announcement-widget .simple-social-icons ul li a:hover,
    .genesis-nav-menu .simple-social-icons ul li a,
    .genesis-nav-menu .simple-social-icons ul li a:hover {
    background: transparent !important;
    }

    .genesis-nav-menu .simple-social-icons ul li {
    margin: 0 0px 0px !important;
    }

    Unfortunately, I am, not able to find the related padding area. I am sorry to bother you again. But, will you please direct me to that as well?

    Thank you so much again.

    Hi Victor,

    Thanks for the message. I added the following code to remove the month and date. However, it did not work on the following page. http://www.hanaartsflower.hitechsol.net/portfolio/fresh-flower-basic-diploma/

    The code I adedd is as follows.
    //* Do NOT include the opening php tag shown above. Copy the code shown below.
    //* Remove the entry meta in the entry header (requires HTML5 theme support)
    remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_post_info', 12 );

    Could you please let me know what went wrong?

    Thanks and regards,

    Just an addition to what I said earlier. I also deactivated and then again activated Genesis Connect for woocommerce. I have also published Woocommerce default pages. They are showing up on the website. However, products and posts are gone.

    Thanks again and will you please help me with a clue on how to resolve this issue?

    Thanks

    Thank you Victor & Susan,

    Susan, you are right indeed. However, I tried to do it. But there seems to be no result which is very strange. Maybe, I am making a mistake which I do not seem to realize.

    Brad,

    Thank you for the great advice. I copied it as you suggested. The images on portfolio page are listed horizontally side by side. However, they are listed vertically on the category pages. Could you please suggest what should be done to show them horizontally as on the portfolio or index page?

    Thanks and regards

    July 31, 2016 at 12:46 am in reply to: Using two themes in one website is OK? #190517

    Victor,

    Thanks for the thoughtful response. I tested two themes concept after looking at a tutorial. Personally, I do not feel comfortable with the two theme idea. However, it also requires MASSIVE efforts on the parts of a developer to get the customization a complex hospitality related website needs. That is the reason I wanted to seek the opinion of others whether it is OK to use two themes in one website.

    But, anyway, thanks. I think it will be too much effort to customize any genesis theme for my site.

    Best Regards

    The logic for using two themes is extremely simple. Genesis themes are extremely fast. However, they are generic themes. Other themes may not be so seo frtiendly but they have the functionality required in a specific niche.
