    Hey genwrock,
I tried that as well with the same result. Not sure what I am doing wrong?

I am also using the Design Palette Pro, could this be conflicting?

Thank you for the response emasai, I appreciate it. After I added the styles to CSS, this was the result I received:

    http://www.sneakerfiles.com/oncourt/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/cats-tags-sf-new.jpg

I actually wanted something identical to this:

Is there anyway you can help me achieve this?

    Thank you so much.

That worked! Thank you very much.

By chance do you know how to have the footer and footer widget area connect/bring together?

I tried adding that but on the posts with longer titles, it just starts it below the image.

Is there a way I can have it fixed size by the image (which is 240 pixels)?

I have tried this, but I can't get it correctly. I would like a little bit of black around the search bar, basically where it is sitting nice and snug in the search bar.

For the time being, I got it to work, but that was due to making the navigation bigger.

Also, do you know how to make the search bar sit all the way to the right?

Hey, I am kind of getting it, but what I notice is, the search bar will not align completely right. Is there something I can add in CSS to achieve that?

Also, what code could I put in to shrink the search bar size?

Ok, I found the problem. Search bar is too large and is pushing the navibar making it too large. Is there a way to make the search bar smaller?

    Hey @braddalton

I actually installed a fresh copy of the Metro theme (just picked the Blue color) for the site and it still is the same. As you can see, the header is large, search bar is also.

    Hello @braddalton

I just removed that code and nothing has changed.

I have made a lot of changes to the css. I can upload it somewhere...what can I do to fix this?

@Gary10 I didn't personally write it, but I found some edits online to help, but yes I am using it as a short code.

    @AliKK
it works ok, but options on location were limited.

Hello, thank you for your input. I actually figured it out and got some php and css with shortcode to work. I do have a follow up question but I am going to make a new post.

I tried that, but nothing changed at all. I added it to the style.css

This worked perfectly! I dropped it into the functions.php instead of using the plugin. Thank you so much, you are awesome my friend!
