Brad DaltonParticipantBrad DaltonParticipantBrad DaltonParticipantPost the code here for the xisting button using the advice for posting code snippets please.
Brad DaltonParticipantNo but i would be interested in having a look if you can paste a link please.
Not sure i can help but happy to have a go.
Brad DaltonParticipantSo you only want the tags on your single posts and not the archive pages like your blog or homepage archives?
Brad DaltonParticipantBrad DaltonParticipantPages are static and should include timeless content like an about page, landing page, contact page.
You don't assign posts to pages. You include them in your main menu. They are not assigned to a category and are not included in your rss feed.

Brad DaltonParticipantBecause thats the way its supposed to be. You don't use h1 or h2 in the body of the content. They are used for the title on the archives pages and single posts and single pages.
February 25, 2013 at 1:45 pm in reply to: How to have category and tag archives show titles, author and date only? #22750Brad DaltonParticipantYou'll need some custom coding for this if you want your archives to be different from your blog page.
Brad DaltonParticipant42 / 16 = 2.625rem
Read this:http://wpsites.net/web-design/font-rem-pixel-sizes/
I think you have the rem wrong.
It depends on the base.
Brad DaltonParticipantInstall the Genesis Simple Edits plugin and remove the shortcodes for the post meta data and post info.
Brad DaltonParticipantYes. You have the class so use that with some CSS.

Brad DaltonParticipantBrad DaltonParticipanth1, .entry-title, .entry-title a, #title { font-family: 'Oswald',sans-serif; font-size: 2.25rem; }
On the single posts & pages yes. The archives can be different.
.metro-custom h2 a, .metro-custom h2 a:visited { color: #464646; }
I use h3 for sub headings.
Brad DaltonParticipantBrad DaltonParticipantThere's no need to edit the home.php file.
Where exactly do you want the widget? Is the currenet location correct?
Do you want the widget area to take up the full content width?
Or do you want 3 more featured widgets on the homepage?
Which genesis_hook location? http://genesistutorials.com/visual-hook-guide/
Once you have the hook location you want, then you can add the code and change the conditional tag so it only displays on the homepage is_home()
Or you can add more widgets by duplicating them in your home.php file and functions.php file.
Send me a Private message if you want to hire me and i'll do it for you.
Brad DaltonParticipantNo letter but you need to add something. It will display the icon only.
Brad DaltonParticipantYou can modify your home.php file or create a widget area after your header but before your content and sidebar, full width.
http://www.briangardner.com/welcome-text-widget/
Use the Widget Logic plugin with a conditional tag if needed
