    Anyone? A good example of the look I am trying to achieve in the header is the minimum pro theme.

    Thank you! I'd really encourage you to build a site on Genesis, and I don't get any benefit from saying so. The code is so clean and my sites always end up speedy and search engine friendly. Just don't load them down with performance sapping plugins! Also, StudioPress's instructional materials are excellent.

    Thanks Robin, but I want to change the color red used by the theme to a different color red. I just need the css that controls the red color site-wide.
