Thanks Victor for your reply,
I have made the translations via poedit from infinity-pro.pot generating the it.po and it.mo but I can't see the translations in the backend of the site, they simply don't work.

Hi Brad,

thanks for the tips.

I have noticed that is_front_page(); works, the function I have created instead is not working so I have to check it out.
