Yes, added or changed the copied content. For example, I create one page then use the Duplicate Post plugin to duplicate it then I change the content of the new page including the title, keywords in SEO section.

No it's not content duplicated from another website. I duplicated a new page then tweaked it to be keyword relevant.

I just tied it on IE8 and not only doesn't it work but it wont display the * as I type to password.

Nope. That didn't work. BTW, I enabled the Twenty Thirteen theme and it worked. So I reenabled Executive and deactivated plugins one by one but that didn't work.
