I just took a quick peak....one thing i see (and you can see this under the waterfall tab in GT Metrix) is the long load time for something called get_refreshed_fragments ---- I have not done a woocommerce site lately...but found this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-disable-cart-fragmentsminjsver2020?replies=7

2 Dogs Media LLCExecutive Pro is my go to for most websites we build, but I do not really think there is any "best" theme so to speak -- it would depend on the look and feel the client is looking for! I did find some great 3rd party themes as well out there....just purchased this one http://simply.bloomblogshop.com/ for a blogger friend who I built a site for. You can easily make that a website (not a blog format) as well...
As far as hosting I have no recommendations since I have a dedicated server with LiquidWeb (whom I have been with for 8 years and LOVE!) - but STAY AWAY from GoDaddy no matter what you do! Good luck!

2 Dogs Media LLCThanks Christoph.......and I agree on the menu -- but he had thoughts of his own! 🙂 I tried to talk him out of a few things on mobile to improve usability.....but he swears no one uses mobile to view his website! 🙂
