Altitude pro theme.
It seems that Yoast seo plug in is adding a hyphen before my site name. If I disable the plugin it works fine.
Anyone have ideas on how to fix?
This is what it shows
Should read sitename.com

Thanks for your input.
No need to get snarky.
Most of the community volunteers that answer questions on this site, myself included, ignore questions not related to Studio Press themes or the Genesis Framework. If you think I was snarky by being kind enough to answer your question, then I apologize..
Hi! I had the same problem using the Maker Pro theme and Yoast SEO. I took me a while to find the answer, so I will explain it here in case someone else might be looking for it as well.
What you do -> edit your homepage -> scroll down to the Yoast SEO fields -> click the Edit snippet button -> change whatever is in the SEO title field to %%sitename%% -> click Close snippet -> update the page.
That's it! 🙂
@Victor - it appears you've got a particular page set as the front page.
Does that page have a Title?
If not, and you don't want it to, then you can try setting the page title in the Yoast SEO meta box for that Page.
(which is 99% the same as what Maaike said 🙂 )
