Hi guys, I am running my site on the Agency Pro theme. When it comes to the Yoast SEO settings for the home page, the homepage settings of the plugin don't let me add keywords (just asks for a title - and meta template).
Since the theme does not "name" a homepage, should I add the keywords to the pages "home" or "blog" or both?
    Thanks,
    Stephan

If you were to ask Yoast about it, they don't believe homepage SEO adds value. Here's an article Michiel Heijmans posted on the subject a few days ago. https://yoast.com/homepage-seo/

Thanks Victor. I did read that article, but I thought that setting general keywords for the overall site makes sense, as a kind of entry-point. Maybe I should just add these keywords to the pages "Blog" and "Home", cannot do any harm.

Because of the old practice of keyword stuffing, search engines ignore meta keywords these days. They have no intrinsic value. Relevant keywords in titles and content are what the search engines look for.
