    Hi

I have just updated the WordPress 2 aka Yoast 2 plugin on my blog. Before I start going through the settings, I just wondered if anyone has installed this on any of the Genesis Child Themes.

Were the any issues? I found an issue where the meta-tabs panel doesn't display in pages or post which was also an issue ion the previous version I fixed this by hacking the class-metatabs to get it to point to a copy of of meta-tabs.min.css with some changed styles.
Did you have to paste the php snippet that Yoast mentions in its Breadcrumbs settings

I didn't have to place any code to use Yoast Breadcrumbs on my blog. I have Yoast premium version and have had no problems for years using StudioPress themes.

    I'm using whitespace pro.

Make sure you have breadcrumbs enabled in your Genesis settings.

    Hi

Thanks for your reply. I have found this a bit confusing. I had enabled breadcrumbs on Pages and Posts via Genesis -> Theme Settings. I can see these above the content. However, isn't the Yoast Breadcrumb settings about the breadcrumbs format related to search results? in which case do we need both configured; possibly with the snippet added to functions.php.

As an aside I did try moving the location of the Yoast Breadcrumb via he HTML 5 snippet supplied in resources -this just seem to mirror the breadcrumb in in the header and not remove the breadcrumb above the content.
