Wrong product description in elementor template

We have a site with genesis (+genesis sample) and elementor pro and we set up a custom product template using elementor but long description/reviews is not outputting properly, it shows again the whole product (using base genesis template) instead of the description.

Its a genesis related issue since we contacted elementor and they checked it, changing themes fixes the issue.

I already contacted studiopress support but got no response so far

You picture doesn't explain anything to someone who has no idea what you're trying to accomplish. Your problem description is vague.

Assuming the products are custom post types, Genesis does absolutely nothing but display their content. If you have a custom post type template setup correctly, WordPress will use the template. I use custom templates all the time on my Genesis sites and there's never been a problem.

The picture doesn't tell us what plugin you're using to display the products. If you are using WooCommerce, it has its own template structure that requires the templates to be placed in a WooCommerce directory under your theme's root.

If you are just displaying custom post types, the templates need to be properly named for the CPT and go in your theme's root directory.

Theres little to understand, woocommerce products has a tab to display long description and while using genesis that tab outputs the whole product instead of its description.

But it doesn't matter, the issue was resolved by switching genesis theme with Hello elementor theme that is properly updated.

I attempted to transfer the layout to a singular item Tic Tac Toe Multiplayer since I'm experiencing such a lot of difficulty with the circumstances, however the organizing is truly off and it's not showing the areas extended, and my header from the format isn't showing up.
