    Studiopress Community,

    I am having a hard time resolving an issue with Woocommerce and my SHOP page on the minimum pro theme. I try to set the product based permalinks in WordPress to shop base and when i save those settings it changes to Custom base with (/shop) in the entry area. I am not sure if this is causing the issue or not so i thought i would mention it. The radio button for Shop Based will never remain selected, it always goes to custom.

    The issue: When you go to the shop page http://www.amplebeing.com/shop/ the Title shows as Products - Ample Being. Now i have the WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin installed on my webpage and when i enter values into the SEO title and Meta description, nothing changes.

    All other pages this plugin works completely to change the title and meta description, except the shop. And for some reason it is showing as Products - Ample Being rather than Shop - Ample Being.

    I need to know how to change this for the shop, i need to set up the shop for SEO to correctly display what this page is and what it contains. How do i change the Title and Meta Description to what they should actually be? It seems like Woocommerce is pulling this from somewhere and i do not know how to let it allow the SEO plugin to set the values for the title and meta description.

    Any help from this lovely community would be abundantly appreciated!

    Tested and working fine on a fresh install of WP, latest Genesis and Minimum Pro and WP SEO.

    Sridhar,

    I set the custom post type archives to exactly what you have and it now shows up as Shop - Ample Being, but the WordPress SEO plugin by YOAST is still not overriding the values that appear.

    I have different data entered in the SEO plugin so it should show that information, but it is only showing the Shop- Ample Being.
