Is there a place, or tutorial, on how to install the Winning Agent demo content that is in the Winning Agent demo at http://demo.winningagent.com/winning-agent-pro-theme/

It's important to note this from the tutorial:

While you have no intellectual property rights to use this content on a live website, you may use “dummy” content for staging and configuration purposes. The images shown in the theme demos are not licensed for redistribution. The imported images will be gray placeholder images.
