For Showcase Pro, when moving a 'text widget' from Widget area 2 to Widget area 3, a copy is made. Then two 'text widgets' exist, one in Widget area 2 and the copy in Widget area 3. After doing this, if I try to delete the 'text widget' and add another, a copy shows up in 1 if not 2 other widget areas.

I've also noticed similar strange behavior with the widget areas for other Genesis sites. Any thoughts? Is there any information that I can share to be more helpful?

I found the problem. It was a plugin but it was tough to diagnose because the behavior wasn't consistent. It took dozens of tests to confirm.

BeaverLodge HQ. It is an extension plugin for Beaver Builder.
