    ORIGINAL CODE

    @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) {
    .content {
        float: left;
        width: 65%;
    }

    .sidebar {
        float: right;
        width: 30%;
    }
    }

    MODIFIED CODE

    @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) {
    .content {
        float: left;
        width: 75%;
    }

    .sidebar {
        float: right;
        width: 20%;
    }
    }

    I don't see the original code in genesis-sample.min

    There's this: @media only screen and (min-width:960px){.site-header{position:-webkit-sticky;position:sticky;top:0;z-index:9999}

    Look for it in the stylesheet file (style.css). Or you can add it in the customizer.
