    Hello there,

    I have not violated any rules of the facebook group :-https://www.facebook.com/groups/genesiswp/

    Still, I am blocked from accessing the group. If any admin of that group is reading my post then please unblock me.

    This is not something we can help you with. Neither this site, not the Facebook are official Studio Press support sites. Both sites are community volunteer sites where questions are answered by volunteers with no affiliation with Studio Press. We're end user's just like you.

    If you're having a problem on Facebook, you'll have to ask the moderators of that group. The two sites are not connected.
