    Hi, I'm not a developer, but I do have full access to all the themes.

    Could someone please tell me which of the StudioPress themes would be most *easily* and most *quickly* set up to

    1) function the way this site functions?
    2) with the same segmented design that this one has?

    You can create that with the StudioPress Sample theme. Just use blocks to do that. It looks like that site created it with the block editor and a a Landing Page

    I'm sorry to be dense, but I don't see a StudioPress or third party theme called Sample. Could you clarify, please? Thanks!

    It is the free Genesis Sample theme StudioPress offers.
