How would you handle a page on which you would have:

    1. The usual content entry area (The content would differ on each page)
    2. Under that content area a html snippet. This snippet would be the same on each page. This snippet has a call to action such as "Call Us For More Information INSERT PHONE NUMBER or Email Us" (this would be a hyperlink)
    3. An area in which to insert a gallery (This gallery would be different on each page)
    4. Repeat of the snippet mentioned under item 2 (Its the same on each page)

    See image here for example.

I already know that a custom page template can be created and at least one of the html snippets could be hard coded on the template. But I am not sure whether I can arrange the common areas (items 2 and 4) in the order listed above.

Or, would a plugin be more appropriate for this situation? I looked at Genesis Simple Hooks and that appeared to be an option for accomplishing what I want.

I do realize that the common html snippet can be pasted into the content area by the user. I am simply trying to reduce the number of steps that it takes to create a page.

    Thanks

You can use a standard post or page then hook in content using a custom function with conditional tag.

You can add the gallery using a custom field.
