Hi, I understand I can add scripts for things like tracking pages in Google analytics by adding them in the scripts box at the bottom of each page in Genesis (if required).

My question is really around jQuery. I am learning how to add bits of custom jQuery to spice up my themes. I am still getting lots of things wrong. I have read that I can enqueue scripts and add conditionals to them in my Function.php file so the scripts only load on specific pages. Rather than doing this, can I simply add a script in the box at the bottom of a desired page in Genesis? Or is this not what the box was designed for?
