    I want to know what is the best support system I can use with enterprise theme. At the moment I am using BBpress and Buddypress to engage customers with each other. Do you think these are good systems? And do I need a ticket system? Also is it possible to let community members interact with each other through chat?

    If anyone have good suggestions please let me know.

    I think simple is best which is why i like BuddyPress and these forums.

    I.P Board was another i like but it costs money.
