    I installed News Pro theme and XML Demo on my test website and everything looked and worked great.

    I then installed News Pro theme and XML on my main website (new domain) and for some strange reason my website width is different (wider) here than the one on my test website.

    Width on my test website is same as here:
    http://my.studiopress.com/themes/news/#demo-full

    And the width on my main website is same as here:
    http://demo.studiopress.com/news/

    Left and right margin are clearly different (demo website on the second link is wider and takes up more space). What is causing this and how can I fix this?

    ?? Those theme demos appear to be identical (I can't imagine StudioPress maintaining 2 versions of the same thing). They are also identical to the local test install I have done. Is it possible you changed something on one or both of your installations?

    Please provide links to your test and main sites so we can have a peek at what you are seeing.
