I am about to launch a new site for an artist that will showcase some of her work. I have manually watermarked each of the images that I'm uploading to get her started, but want a way for her to do this herself with a custom watermark logo that I provide her. I don't want a WordPress plugin, but rather an online tool or app that is easy and free for her to use. She doesn't own Photoshop or any other image editing software. I know there are plenty of options out there, but just looking for a recommendation as I've never used any before.

Try http://www.pickonkey. It's free, and she can overlay a watermark image over another image.
