I’m trying to resolve the issue of the video background not reappearing as you resize from smaller screen size (mobile) to larger screen size (desktop). Is this CSS or PHP? How would I go about solving this?

You might need to edit the jQuery in front-page.js as that may be conflicting with the video.

If you remove the front-page.js file, does that resolve the problem?

You could try the jquery tag on Stackoverflow.
