Would like to use a full width header image (e.g. 960 x 150 or other height) in Executive Pro but having problems getting correct settings to do this. Have edited functions.php and stylesheet.css in other themes (e.g. AgentPress) to accomodate this but not sure where to make the changes for this theme.

Can you post a link to your site? That will allow us to take a look and make recommendations based on what's in your stylesheet.

Thanks. Worked great. Do you know how I can add a horizontal line just under the header image that is the full width of the browser window (not just width of header or site content) so it extends as part of the site background. (similar to an <hr /> element)?

    Hi Brad

I've followed the instructions in your tutorial and I have a full width header image, but the height of the container is fixed at 214px. So the image reduces to the width of the screen but I have a large amount of white space below it.

I'm using the Agentpress theme and you can see the demo here: http://colsonyachtdesign.com.au/test/

If I work it out, I'll leave a comment here, but any help would be greatly appreciate.

I didn't test this on your theme, only Exec Pro so it may need another solution for AgentPress Pro.
