So I got the Aspire Pro Theme with the Genesis Structure.

How do I change the following URL:
    https://huntercanada.ca/category/blog/

    to

    https://huntercanada.ca/blog/

    I just get a 404 when I type in the /blog version.

    How can I fix that?

If you have your site set to "display latest posts", create a page called "Blog" using the blog page template (rather than the "default" template). At the moment, your blog "page" is just a category archive, NOT an actual page (which is why you have /category in your URL.

Thx for your reply Susan so just to confirm:

Step 1: Create a page, name it blog and use the blog template.
    Step 2: That's it?

So what will this do to the existing blog "posts"? Will they appear under /blog as well when I type in sitename.com/blog?

Or do I have to move these existing posts to a 'page' format and use the blog template.

Sorry I'm a little confused here.

Yes, that's all you have to do. They will automatically appear there.
