My clients WordPress site which was using the Genesis framework was not allowing him to login. He got this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Genesis_Admin_Settings::create() in /home/banny/public_html/blg/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/admin/theme-settings.php on line 121

I tried reuploading wordpress core, along with genesis framework. I activated 2013 from phpmyadmin, logged back in, activated genesis or the custom child theme and it returns the above error.

Site is now completely broken! Someone please help!!!

Forgot site link: http://bannlynchgolf.com/ right now child theme is activated, but none of the widget areas are populated or anything. WordPress admin is still not available though: http://bannlynchgolf.com/blg/wp-admin/
