    Is there any way to seamlessly upgrade from the old Metro theme to The Metro Pro theme. Or do I have to re-add all the settings such as widgets.

    Full Time Online Marketer and website creation.

    You will need to re populate the widgets and nav menus.

    You will also need to move any custom coding over to the new theme.

    You can easily switch back if needed.
