    I'm using the Outreach Pro Theme here.

    For some reason there are underlines in the sidebar widgets.

    How can I get rid of these?

    tbody (line 392) has a border-bottom and td (line 401) has a border top. Remove them. If you want to remove the dotted lines in the menu widget, look for .widget li (line 753) and remove the border.
