Unable to get header background image to show

Hi!
I am working on this website and want to add a background image to the header only.

Home

I tried doing this in the Stylesheet:
.site-header .wrap {
background-image: url(‘/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/flag-banner-header.jpg’);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: center center;
background-size: cover;
}

It still isn't showing anything but a blue background. I have tried removing the header logo and removing .wrap out of the CSS,

Anyone have any other ideas about what I may have missed?

Hello,

Try removing the ' marks:

background-image: url(/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/flag-banner-header.jpg);
