    Hi,

    I bought this morning the full package, but, after log in, i cannot acces to the download.

    All the followings links in the mystudiopress menu redirect me to themes/ page :

    > download
    > get help
    > account info

    can i have some help ?

    Give it another try. I just checked it and Brad's link should take you to a login where upon logging in you are redirected to support.

    Just logged in and page that you land on contains some Troubleshooting FAQ with a support ticket on the bottom.

    Sorry , i was so happy the problem was resolved , i forgot to close the ticket 🙂

    it was a problem with upper /lower character in my login

    It is resolved now

    i would like to thank for the quick resolution 🙂
    I was able to create my firt intranet website for my company !

    And i think i'll be a success story 😉
