Trying to get a IDX widget to fit into the top left widget

Hello;

My customer wants to change out real estate search widgets and I am trying to get a real estate search widget to fit in the top left widget of the Enterprise theme. It is currently in the middle #1 widget. The domain is http://phoenixhomesfor-sale.com

If found the style sheet for the Diverse Solutions Widget but I don't know how to adjust the height and get this to fit in the top left where there is currently another search widget from another IDX provider here is the CSS for the widget that I need to make smaller:
