    Hi,

I'm having trouble with the video on both the desktop and mobile versions of my website. It either doesn't load at all, or is loading incorrectly. I'm using the widget version of my theme's Homepage and have simply loaded it through the video widget.

I've read in a couple of different articles that some of the WordPress themes don't do well with video, and I'm wondering if this is the case with Monochrome.

Thanks and I look forward to your thoughts.

Have you tested using a self hosted MP4 or YouTube?

It might be your video hosting provider rather than your theme.

Generally, self hosted MP4 and YouTube videos work on desktops however some mobile browsers provide minimal support.
