Every time I use the customizer in my child Altitude Pro theme, the css changes do not show, that is until I enter my css code using customizer, then I see the changes. Its so weird but really annoying because now when ever I do anything in customizer it flicks back to viewing without the changes until, again, I go back into the css.

    I hope someone can help.

If you are still experiencing this issue, open up the Customer and then the Custom CSS box. Look for the dial as shown in this image - click it. It's possible it's still in draft. Publish the CSS and you will see your changes.

This was something added to WordPress 4.9 in November (https://wordpress.org/news/2017/11/tipton/).

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately that isn't the issue, the changes are being made but oh I think I know what it might be....a plug in issue.
