The theme editor is not showing up under Appearance in the Lifestyle Pro theme. I deactivated the plugins to see if it was the issue but it still wasn't there. I wanted to add a snippet to functions.php - Is it somewhere else besides using FTP?

No other place. You have to use FTP. The editing function is most likely disabled in wp-config.php. I disable it on all of my client's sites. It's never a good thing to edit php files in that editor anyway. If you make one tiny mistake, your site won't come back up. You'll experience PHP's white screen of death and you'll have to fix things through FTP anyway.

Ask your web host. Some hosts disable the theme editor.

Our themes do not affect the theme editor.

Ok. I never disabled the theme editor and all my other sites are working so I don't think it was the host. I was wondering if it was something new in Genesis. Thanks, everyone.
