The 411 Theme Editing Questions

I have a couple of editing questions. I'm assuming everything I want to do is done in the stylesheet?

1) Where can I edit the existing footer?
2) Where can I decrease the bottom padding in the Welcome Widget?
3) Where can I change the color and the hover color on the Click Here widget?

1. You can use PHP code to modify the footer

2 & 3. You need to inspect the element, find the CSS rules and modify the values for the padding and color properties.

Thanks - I got the footer working! Woohoo!

I've been using the Inspect tool, make the changes in the stylesheet, and nothing changes. I've tried changing colors, widths, padding, etc., and literally nothing changes. I've logged out and back in again, used a different browser, and cleared my cache. From what I understand, if I want to move the logo from the left to the right, I need to change "float" to right, which I did (below). Again, nothing changed. Any help you can give is sincerely appreciated!

Test the changes in the browser first and then change the CSS in the style sheet. You may also need to clear caching.

This should work based on my testing :

.title-area {
    float: right;
}

Thanks so much! For some reason, when I inspect it in the browser, it gives me the following to edit (which changed nothing):

    background-position: center !important;
    float: left;

.site-title a {
    background: url(http://stephanietrahd.com/msda/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/mainstreetLogo200X60.jpg) no-repeat !important;

But when I edited what you shared in the CSS, it changed just fine.

My nav bar has disappeared on mobile. Do you have any idea why?
